Today is the first day

Ok, Today is the first day of me taking the medications, some side effects I have noticed right away, dry mouth and tingle in head..not sure what this is about but I think it might be normal, I could not eat breakfast and did not seem hungry, although the Dr did say I should eat...I think I will eat lunch instead..we will see how long it takes me to get hungry. I shared the information with agirl I work with..Hopefully she will do it as well and we will compare how it works out. I know my husband does not think I can do it but I will..I want to lose the weight so I will do this for myself...No body else, I wanna look good and feel better
